Who's behind it

Make AI Friendly is built by CNTS LTD, a company based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since 2014, we've helped 50+ organizations - airports, municipalities, media companies, retail chains - collect and act on real-time feedback through our platform kazva.bg. Over 1.2 million reviews across 128 countries.

Make AI Friendly is a natural extension of that work. We help businesses be heard - whether by their customers or by AI.

Why this tool exists

Search is shifting from Google to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
